Choose a collection method that will work well with your audience and that is a manageable process for you.
Form
Using an online form provides an efficient way to collect the nominations, have the data all in one place, and share the data with anyone involved in the selection process. You can also choose to use another app such as SurveyMonkey Links to an external site., which offers a free basic plan.
Email Address
Set up an email address to receive nominations. For example, ask your Tech Department to create an email account such as: teacherproud@gocsdmo.org. Direct your audience to send an email to this account in order to submit a registration. Assign someone to monitor this account, respond to the messages, and collect the messages in a document or spreadsheet.
Social Media
Use private messaging on your social media channels to accept messages nominating teachers. Assign someone to monitor your social media accounts for these messages, respond to the messages, and collect them in a document or spreadsheet.
